Computer Business Applications (Part 1 & 2): Develop essential computer skills across key business areas such as communication, marketing, and accounting. You'll become adept in using word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to enhance business operations.
Introduction to Property Management: Acquire a comprehensive overview of property management, including the principles, practices, and skills necessary to manage large developments. Learn about management responsibilities, operating procedures, tenant relations, staffing, training, supervision, ethics, and the financial, physical, and legal aspects of property management.
Principles of Facilities Management: Understand the broad responsibilities of a professional facilities manager and their role in an organization's strategic planning. You will learn to apply key concepts to successfully organize, monitor, communicate, and develop an effective Facilities Management program.
